Visalia (CA) – Cedar Grove (CA) – 490Km
I came down here yesterday to get as close as possible of my first two national park. I beginning by sequoia National park. The road is really cool, and to top it up, the park guard at the entrance told me that the vast majority of tourist is now out of the way. A few bears and some pretty amazing trees obviously are the highlight of the day. Climbing a gigantic rock offer a very nice view on the Sierra mountain range. The best ride came tonight as I entered Kings canyon National park. The sun was right, and traffic was super light. However a bit of disappointment is growing as there is a gigantic fire going higher up the canyon, and suddenly the visibility and air quality drop. Tonight is also my first night camping. I am not alone in the campsite but I keep away from a group of teens in the campground.
